2027 PRIORITY ACCESS RESERVATION & OFFICIAL PRE-REGISTRATION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing a Priority Access Reservation or participating in Official Pre-Registration for Ultimate Legacy Carnival Troupe (“TULCT,” “Ultimate Legacy,” “Legacy,” “we,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms.

1.      Priority Access Reservation

Priority Access Reservation is an early access opportunity allowing members to reserve a place in the TULCT 2027 Official Pre-Registration for St. Thomas Carnival.

Priority Access Reservations are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Purchase of a Priority Access Reservation does NOT constitute completed registration for the 2027 presentation.

2.      Reservation Fee

Priority Access Reservation Fee: $75.00 (plus 4% platform fee)

The Reservation Fee:

  • is non-refundable;

  • secures Priority Access status;

  • will be applied toward Official Pre-Registration;

  • does not guarantee a specific costume assignment, section, style, size, color, accessory, or package.

3.      Included Priority Access Benefits

Priority Access Reservation participants receive:

  • Early access to Official TULCT 2027 Pre-Registration

  • Access to the lowest available deposit/registration pricing opportunities

  • Priority costume selection access

  • Premium swag and exclusive perks

  • Priority distribution/pickup access

  • Opportunity to purchase discounted FETEtastik Jouvert Troupe packages for 2026 Miami Carnival 

  • All official 2027 pre-registration benefits

Benefits may be modified, substituted, expanded, reduced, suspended, or discontinued at TULCT’s discretion.

4.      Official Pre-Registration

Priority Access Reservation participants will automatically secure entry into Official Pre-Registration.

Estimated Official Pre-Registration price: $150.00 (plus applicable fees)

Priority Access Reservation participants must satisfy the remaining balance (estimated at $75) during the Official Pre-Registration period (dates TBD).

TULCT reserves the right to offer additional Official Pre-Registration opportunities to TULCT’s sole discretion.

Official Pre-Registration is ONLY considered complete once the total Official Pre-Registration amount has been paid.

5.      Failure to Complete Official Pre-Registration

Members who fail to complete the Official Pre-Registration requirement before the close of the Official Pre-Registration period:

  • will NOT be considered officially pre-registered;

  • will lose eligibility for exclusive redemption window;

  • may lose access to Priority Access status and benefits;

  • may forfeit Priority Access Reservation payments already made;

  • may lose preferred sections, styles, sizes, colors, accessories, and options.

Failure to complete Official Pre-Registration does not automatically convert the member to a public/general registration.

At the sole discretion of TULCT, and only upon express request by the member and confirmation by TULCT, prior payments may be applied toward reinstatement for future 2027 public registration obligations ONLY.

Members approved for reinstatement to continue into public registration:

  • shall be subject to the deposits, pricing, terms, deadlines, and inventory availability then in effect;

  • shall lose Priority Access Reservation and Official Pre-Registration privileges;

  • acknowledge that no section, style, size, color, accessory, package, or inventory availability is guaranteed.

Application of prior payments into public registration opportunities shall remain subject to availability and inventory while supplies last.

Members who fail to complete Official Pre-Registration and do not request continuation into public registration acknowledge that all payments remain non-refundable and may ultimately be forfeited.

6.      Costume Redemption Window

Priority Access and Official Pre-Registration members shall receive an exclusive costume selection and redemption period before public registration opens.

Members who do not redeem/select costumes during the designated window acknowledge:

  • preferred inventory may no longer be available;

  • costume assignments are not guaranteed;

  • sections, sizes, styles, colors, accessories, and options may change.

TULCT shall have no obligation to preserve inventory beyond the designated redemption period.

7.      Public Registration Deposits

Expected public registration deposits:

  • Public registration prior to January 1:
    $275

  • Public registration beginning January 1:
    $375

Deposits, dates, launch schedules, deadlines, and timelines are estimates only and remain subject to change.

8.      Non-Refundability

Priority Access Reservation payments and Official Pre-Registration payments are non-refundable.

All sales are final.

No refunds shall be issued due to:

  • failure to complete Official Pre-Registration;

  • missed redemption periods;

  • loss of preferred inventory;

  • member non-participation;

  • voluntary withdrawal.

9.      Acceptance

Purchase of Priority Access Reservation constitutes acceptance of:

  • these Terms and Conditions;

  • TULCT Registration Terms and Conditions;

  • TULCT FAQs;

  • future registration policies governing the 2027 presentation.
